At the beginning of the year, I was very nervous and hesitant to join a gym. I knew I needed to for my physical and mental health but the thought of working out was scary and overwhelming. Joining Fitness Results has been the best thing I’ve done for myself this year. Everyone at Fitness Results is friendly and inviting and it never feels like a competition. More than a year ago I became acquainted with a wonderful form of exercise known as Foundation Training. Through the guidance of my fitness instructor, Yvette McConnell, at Fitness Results Gym in Upland California, I have discovered I have muscles I have not used or used properly in years. As a dentist of over 4 decades bad posture habits had taken their toll. I can honestly say that through Yvette's relentless enthusiasm and her flare at communicating the hows and whys of the mechanics of foundation training, I have discovered how to work comfortably and walk straight again ! And by the way, this training is applicable to athletes as well as anyone interested in sustained pain relief and everyday fitness.
