Foundation Training has been short of a miracle as to how it has helped me to alleviate numerous physical ailments. As I approach my 85th birthday I experience sciatica, weakness in my back from compressed discs and arthritis in my knees, neck and hands, none of which are unusual for someone in their senior years....Now, a session of Foundation Training relieves the sciatica...After less than 6 months I no longer suffer from the symptoms mentioned above. Although arthritis and back problems will never go away completely, I have found that by developing and correctly using muscles rather than joints for support, my symptoms are greatly minimized, which is achieved through Foundation Training.
